Day 4
We're in like the Hilton of Best Westerns. There's even a little rubber duckie sitting on the edge of the tub.
The drive from Jackson, TN to Lexington, VA was pretty uneventful. We hit an interesting spot near Knoxville, where a section of I-40 was completely closed (and will be until September 2009). They have some pretty good signage to take you on the detour, but it was interesting to be off of I-40 for the first time since we entered Arizona. Tomorrow's the final push. It's about 375 miles from here to my house, so we'll probably make it back by early to mid afternoon. Hooray! The end is in sight!
