Over the weekend, I made chocolate croissants. And I must say, despite them taking 8 hours (with a break overnight) to make, they are exquisite. If anyone has a weekend to blow on making little delicious, fattening, chocolate pieces of heaven, let me know, and I'll get you the recipe.
