Switch is dead, long live Get a Mac!

The Apple "switch" campaign was pretty good. Well, ok, so Ellen Feiss was pretty good, and the rest of the campaign itself was at least highly recognizable. Today, Apple tops it with it's new "Get a Mac" ads.

I would call them utterly and completely drop-dead brilliant. But then, I have a well-know Apple bias and am prone to hyperbole, so perhaps I'll just get with the link-making:

Get a Mac!

Hilarious! Though I'd bet Betan dollars to anything you please this will do more to inflame the PC community than switch them. I predict many business men will get huffy and indignant and burry themselves in their Ziff Davis publications. Meanwhile, their wives will think it's "cute" and ask "why don't we look at one of those Macs?" the next time a computer purchase comes up. Who holds the pursestrings in your family?

Hey, does anyone know if that's the stellar John Hodgman playing PC? It sounds like him... maybe he put on some weight for the role?
