Obi needs two hip replacements, costing £5,000 each. Insurance company wont say yes or no yet if they will pay.
If they dont pay I dont wanna think about whats gonna happen.

They are considering it. Its a bit rubbish as you say. But they seem to be able to pick and choice what they want to cover even tho he has unlimited cover.

Hopefully its just a formallity and they are actually going to say yes, they just have to authorise it.
