Felix has quite been enjoying his stay in the Mansion so far. Though it's starting to itch at him. There are things to do back at the Mirador. Though he has a bitter moment of wondering if anyone's missed him. It passes quickly

Steerpike is there as well, not too far, thinking of a million things as he sifts through books of history and politics. He wants to know who he is. He's got to be mentionned somewhere.
He shrugs. At this point, he just gave up on trying to figure it out.
"Some call me a name, some call me another. I've been here before, on possibly two occasions, but my memories are blurry. Faces... occasionally...." He stops. Examines Felix more intently.
Felix is frowning a little, an expression of intent but distracted concentration that Steerpike might know. "Indeed. You are not mad, but...curious. Do you have any chalk?" He asks, abruptly.
"Ah - knew I had it here somewhere." He pulls out a piece of chalk and moves like a stalking cat over to Steerpike. "Here. Stand...ah, just there." He points to a place in the middle of the floor.

He doesn't recognize him, no. ...but he does note that Steerpike is vaguely handsome, and that's a quick sizing up for you, just looking him over.

The tone isn't condescending, exactly, just vaguely distracted. Though less so, because he's handsome. But nonetheless a servant.
