I'm glad you like. I've tried to stay true to character as much as possible within the story. Jack is attracted to Grace, but he's very single minded in his devotion to Sam. The time Grace will have with him will be very special and he's very gentlemanly about the fact his feelings are otherwise engaged and feels guilty he can't offer her more.
