I loved this paragraph, it speaks volumes for Jack.
Jack bit his lower lip and hesitated, "I want people to see the beauty and poetry of their killing together. It's love at it's most perfect and pure. More than sex, more than mundane figuring out what to have for dinner- that through their killing Alexandra and Mack achieve a sort of immortality. That with each murder they reaffirm their love and become godlike by creating stunning works of art. Each death a testament to their love. A tableaux displaying the perfect likeness of mind they share."

Jack seems creative and like he'd need something to occupy him in between acts of stalking and violence. As a writer he has a legitimate excuse to attend forensics conferences and it gives him a leg up on the police.

Thank you! I tried to imagine how Jack visulized his future with Samantha and the role that killing would play in their lives. And he seems to have a touch of the romantic so I tried to express his plans and his passion for them in a way that rang true to his character :D
