London Pride
So pride was awesome, it was great to see hundreds of thousands of gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and straight allies all there in support of each other and to show their place in society. My favourite part of the parade were all of the arms of service and different businesses like British Airways, and the police department having their employees march in the parade, it was amazing.
After the parade I went to Trafalgar Square where they had bands playing and people speaking, the mayor of London spoke which was awesome, he commented on the bombing attempts, and pointed out that there just as many this year as years past because that’s what Londoners do, we carry on. We will not let the bombs keep us in, life carries on. Awesome.
Graham Norton was also an emcee and I just LOVE him, he opened with ‘you all look as wet as a lesbian crotch at Wimbledon’ LOL
I met an Italian guy at the shows and we ended up going to one of my favourite bars and getting some beers and running into these guys from the east shore, and we all went to g.a.y. at the Astoria and danced until 3:30, it was an AWESOME night. What an amazing experience.
