The City Police will be holding a picnic for recreational and recruitment purpose. Free food and fun for all and some exciting events will be held for everyone's enjoyment! Prove your accuracy in a sharpshooting contest! Test your deductive skills in a simple mystery-solving game! Everyone's welcome even if you're just there to mooch of the food!
[ If you've checked your apartment/applicable living situation lately, you may have noticed these mini picnic baskets outside your door/applicable entryway situation. They contain cute little onigiri with faces on them and an invitation card with the message above. Some people however may have received this basket instead. The basket will contain a small toy gun and an apple with this invitation if they have made it generally known that they know their way around guns. Or they could have received another basket with handcuffs and with an invitation to learn how to REALLY work them and a reminder that these are not for recreational use. Feel free to decide whichever one they got! ]
