High School Musical is like my favorite movie so I made this icon and I thought it turned out really good so I made a tut!

Take your base and duplicate, set to screen at 100% opacity


(yes, its bright but it will get better

Duplicate the screen layer and set to soft light at 68% opacity

Go to Layer- New Adjustment layer- Hue/Saturation- and set to +39

Add a new layer and fill with #03082A and set to exclusion at 100% opacity

Go to Layer- New Adjustment layer- Selective Color
Reds-
Cyan: -100
Magenta: +38
Yellow: +19
Black: -9

Neutrals-
Cyan: 0
Magenta: +11
Yellow: +3
Black: -13



Make a new layer and fill with #D9E2FF and set to Color Burn at 100% opacity

Go to Layer- New Adjustment layer- Selective Color
Yellows-
Cyan: +100
Magenta: +100
Yellow: -100
Black: -33

Whites-
Cyan: +41
Magenta: +100
Yellow: +59
Black: +8



I added this texture
by snowshades and put it at the bottom and I added text and were done!
