"...yeah." [She sighs.] "It's...not safe to stay here, that's for sure. I can't go into a big explanation last year, but..." [Isabel pulls out a pen and a piece of paper and begins writing something down.]
"I want you guys to head down to the Arcadia Movement and evacuate with them, okay? They'll keep you safe over there."
*Tomoko sadly lowers her head. That was the reply she was expecting. Then, without a word, she steps forward and throws her arms around Isabel in a hug. It seems she knows now just how bad the situation with the floating city really is. As Tomoko is hugging Isabel, Sayuri places a hand on her daughter's head for comfort*
[Isabel seems somewhat shocked as Tomoko grabs her, but quickly enough she reaches out and puts her own arm around the young girl, pulling her close for a few seconds.]
"Hey. Everything's gonna be okay. I promise. I've dealt with waaaaay worse stuff than this before. On a scale of 1 to 10, this is like a 5." [She points to her own smile.] "C'mon. Can y'show me a smile?"
"Who do you think you're talking to here? I'm gonna knock that stupid city into the stratosphere!" [She swings a fist into the air to emphasize her point.]
Where're you and your mom right now?

"Hey.
So you're being told to get ready for evacuation, huh?"
Reply
Yes. No-one seems to know what's going to happen with that strange city in the sky, so evacuation seems to be the safest option right now.

Just make sure to make the upside-down city go away before it hurts people.
