Horray for Pride Dayyy
Wow. My life has improved times ten over the past 24 hours. Friday I wasn't in school for about three hours, and two.5 of those hours were devoted to me GETTING MY BRACES OFF. Yeehaw! Except now I have this gross retainer, which is a lot worse. but oh well! yayy. Then we had a picnic in english which was yaayy as well. Thennn I went to my viola lesson, and, of course, my teacher forgot for the third time this year and didn't show up. lazy bum. I was actually kind of happy, though, because I got to rock out on the steinway grand pianos and watch the runners on tredmills at the gym. I would be such a good spy. Uh huh.
Band practice horrayy. We were super ultra productive. And we were going to audition for the Arts Fest....but I'm going to be in Trinidad when it happens. Eh well. Cookie break is awesome.
Then at night I went to see a play at PVPA called the Hating Pot. So amazing. It's indescribable. The first 2 hours were written entirely by the cast, and it was so moving. I could tell everyone was putting 100% into their performance. And what's even more amazing is that they put this 3 hour production together in 8 weeks. Wow. It took us about 8 weeks to get motivated to start working on Cabaret. It really showed me what a little motivation can do. But it was so amazing. I have to admit it was long (3 hrs.), and I was pretty exhausted by the time I got out, but it was definately worth it. I heard they might cut it down for the other shows, so I'm actually glad I got to see the whole thing. See it. Nowwww.
Today was Pride day! Andd....drumroll....i got....the signature of the man..who does the voice of SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS. That made my life. He singed becca's and my pride flag. I talked to spongebob. Wow. He's my hero times a lot! Yeah. So I love Northampton. Everyone was so into pride day and it made me happy. I got a rainbow colored feather boa. I missed the march, which is sad, but I went down to the field and rocked out. Horrayy.
So tonight is mean girls hahahaha. I am so excited. I remember back when the parent trap came out. I was obsessed and it was funny.
