so with the OMGoodness-i-forgot-how-to-take-tests-and-do-homework-and-all-that-is-associated-with-school-stress, I haven't done much in the way of running. much walking. not very much running. Losing weight slowly(emphasis there) but surely. I'm no expert, but i think i'm at a plateau. it seems that i have gainedlevelled off at 180 gained (thank you rowing crew) until 245 and levelled off again. instead of trying to reach my next plateau i think i will try getting underneath this one.

I have recently decided to change things up. I'm not  gonna worry about running. instead i will focus on a couple of important health classes i am taking.

mindset has changed from: i have to do X, Y, and Z.
to: I want to do A, L, & M so i'll go after those.
