So...I've decided to that I want to lose some weight...I'm serious this time. I started walking on our Treadmil on Tuesday. 200 calories burned on Tuesday, 305 yesterday, and 307 today. So if I do 200 tomorrow...1012...that is if this thing is even right .-.

How many calories do you have to burn ot lose a pound?
