Ah! You as well? I thought it might be at first, but... I was wondering if perhaps it was similar to what happened in Chernobyl. As in, this is all a result of something man made. As to what, I can't be sure...
I was told Econtra was located in Chernobyl, but... Hm. Perhaps events here are different than my world, but in my world, a long, long time ago when people still lived on Earth, a place in Russia called Chernobyl suffered a nuclear disaster. Many people died and an entire city was evacuated.
Though everything points to a volcano and effects of radiation don't react in this way... It could still be something similar.
Volcanos release sulfur gas before they erupt, which smells like rotten eggs more so than sour milk, but... I don't think we can rule out a volcano just yet.
It stuck to my hair, my clothes--any part of me it touched. I'm trying to wash it out, but it's difficult, especially when I try to get it out of my clothes. I was wearing a lot of white, so all the ash shows easily.
