First off, I'd like to point people to this article that I woke up to on Tara's LIvejournal:
http://www.thewbalchannel.com/news/10198629/detail.html If you say no to sex, and then change your mind "mid-sexing," (Tara's word), and your partner continues, it is not considered rape. No means no, unless you've already said yes. No changing your mind.
Chris has his second surgery. He has a ten inch cut on his neck and until yesterday, had two draining tubes leading from his neck to little bulbs of blood. Yesterday, they took one out. Everyone's been asking about his amazing costume.
His spirits are up. He's waiting for pathology reports, which are done at the earliest Friday.
Also! I started writing again recently, and this National Novel Writing Month (
http://www.nanowrimo.org) coincides perfect. So I'm going to put that up somewhere on here so that, as the website says, people know that I'm a serious writer now, and that I cannot do household chores until December.
That's pretty much it! I'm still in school, still being cool. The spinning is going fabulously, and I have a hat made out of my first skein of yarn. Woo!
