Elucidation of Genesis 1
This article is a secular-minded elucidation of the first chapter of the book of Genesis. Its purpose is that the reader may gain an understanding of the cosmology of the Bible; and for the theist and creationist, it serves to promote understanding of the other “theory of origins” that is to be taught at schools alongside evolution. In this article I take the original Hebrew text, transliterate it and deliver translation and commentary on it.
