Not really. Take down the suspect, but don't take them out unless it's life or death - that's how it usually goes.

No one's entirely certain. Some reports allude to an underground facility or- something? It's hard to make any sense out of this stuff because a lot of it is jumbled and contradictory and this place was in a swamp. Apparently.

That's also jumbled and contradictory. From what I can tell, this place was under attack and the woman in charge somehow moved it out here.
