Mili (Mylianny) is still picking everything up quickly and with a determination to learn. Today we had her doing more complicated AP and we're going to start taking work away from Joyce to give to Mili (Joyce gives zero shits that she does her work wrong and isn't changing so we have just to take it away from her. She'll get sold along with me to the new owners and then she won't be a "family friend" any longer and will probably just get fired for it. When I meet with the new CFO I'll flag fer immediately as the largest issue in the department, not to be mean, but because it's true.)
It's a joy to work with someone so motivated in Mili. Wendy and I are both mentoring her now. I'm not sure what Wendy thinks but for me, I'm really loving equipping a young woman with a lifelong strong employment skill.
