My guess would be Rainelle based on the last teaser,then again I might be wrong.

I think Rainelle lives in the yellow, neat trailer (because she's a really neat sim and we don't know where she lives yet :) ) No idea who could be her neighbor, though. And I might be wrong about Rainelle as well.
