I find it strange how the people around you influence who you are so greatly.
When someone says "you are rubbing off on me" it is often true. Not literally, of course.
Whether by choice or not, the traits of the people you surround youself with will eventually rub off on you.
It may be minor or it may be major but in some way, that person is going to influence you.
All these people going in and out of your life make you who you are.
Without one of those people, your ideologies might be completely different.
Like a puzzle, they add a piece to who you are.
Surround yourself with different people, you will be a different person.
You may talk like your mom, make funny noises like your sister, flick the channel just like your uncle, have angry fits like your first boyfriend.
No matter what it is, without those in the present or in the past, you would not be who you are today.
Look at the people you spend most of your time with.
Think of the little habits you share. You may have never noticed them before.
Think of the people who you have spent a lot of time with in the past. They may have taught you something that changed your outlook on life. Said something that made you see the world in a different light. Acted in such a way that made you appreciate every day a little bit more.
Whether it is positive or negative, everyone has an influence on you.
Think about it.

P.S.
I am tired

Looooooooove,
Jess
