sorry to keep questioning your hair..but im wondering if you had it bleached proffessionally or did it yourself, or had your mom do it? and what was the process? thanks!

my mom helped me bleach it. we just bought the powder bleach and mixed that stuff up and did it. i bleached it once at first and it turned a dirty orangey blonde and then i bleached it again after a couple weeks and it turned this color.
