Ok I have like 2 minutes to update. Will and I are the proud parents of a baby boy- Sebastian Leonardo Peavy -birth weight 7 lbs 2 ozs length- 19 3/4 inches with a huge patch of beautiful blond hair and blue eyes. I went in to be induced on Sunday Feb 15th and didn't deliver till Tuesday Feb 17th at 7:56pm. 48 hours of Labor was a worse hell than I ever imagined and can't even bare to relive it in my mind. An epidural would have been nice- they gave me one and it only worked on one side, they gave me another and it didnt work at all. So I basically had a natural child birth. I was progressing really slowly but having insanely painful contractions I'm sure they could hear me screaming in the next building. By the time the doctor said I was ready to push I knew I had to get him out right away or else I would die of pain so it only took about 4 pushes to get him out since I was pushing with all the might I have in the world. So now he is home and our lives are very stressful. All we do is take care of him and sleep when we can (and Will does schoolwork). I have the 7am till midnight shift and Will has the midnight to 7am shift. He rarely sleeps so most of the time Will and I walk around like zombies trying to rock him back to sleep. My mom is in town and has been helping us but she leaves on Saturday and then we're on our own. It's very stressful when we're rocking him through his 2nd hour of screaming but when he's awake and happy or sleeping peacefully our hearts melt. Even when he's crabby and he makes fist and punches out yelling "ahh" it makes me laugh. Last night was a lot better than most so if that wasn't just a fluke I think we'll survive.
