(no subject)
hello people
today was fun and i thought it was time i put something in here...it qualifies as worthy.
i'll start at the beginning. coffe/caffeene keeps me up now. it didn't used to but then again i used to be in a constant sleep-deprived state...so i could pass out at will at almost any moment...granted there's a surface to lye down on nearby...or even sit in. so of course i drank coffee a few hours befor ei tried to go to sleep which was like...2 am. couldn't sleep till like 5 am. was late for school. missed first class (joke of a science class) for the millionth time. hope i'm not completely lost now....doubt it. now i'm not cocky thinking i'm really good at science or something- i'm not. mabie i could be if i tried/cared more...but i don't. wish i did. it's just that that class is a waste of time to actually attend. frankly, i don't think it's good for my sanity. the whole atmosphere the kids and teacher create aggrivates me...*shudder* they're just retarded.
anyhoo, i went to guitar then CJ and i both had a spare last period. sophia met us at the school and we headed off downtown. we stopped off at Wellsley station to go to Younge Street Tatoos so CJ could get a quote on the next tatoo she wants. it turned out to be $400, which isn't bad considering she was worried it would be way more.
then we went to Queen St. and looked in a couple shops, including the friendly stranger where sophia and i picked up some rolling papers. i got cherry flavoured. they rock/taste so good. CJ called her dad and told him the price for the tatoo. he seemed ok with it pretty much but said to call him back later.
we then headed off to meet Ariana at the Speakers Corner as today was her first day working at the Street Level Cafe which was semi-nearby. we waited and waited. it was fuckin cold/windy. she ended up being a half an hour late. but it's not her fault the place was buisy. while we were waiting, one guy with a particularly cool jacket walked by so i, of course, screamed out "i like your jacket!!"...*looks at it more*..."no, actually, i love your jacket!" so he turned around and it was Brook! so random. he's this guy cynthia, ariana, sophia, and i all met in the summer. i kinda hooked up with his friend James who was hot and tall- and weirdly i was actually thinking about him earlier in the afternoon. *shrugs* not that i'm interested in him, it was just random thoughts. i swear we all have a 6th sense. anyhoo, talked to him and his friend Lee he had with him for a bit then they carried on and we soon decided to seek shelter in the starbucks across the street. when ariana showed up she had a bagel for each of us that her boss or something let her take from the cafe. (yet agian, random luck there was the right number)
Next order of buisness was to get to Chapters so we could ALL take a piss(the cold will do taht to you) and so we could roll in their bathrooms. since they have stalls, unlike the coffee places, you don't get a lineup of ppl waiting for you to be finished and also...we didn't ahve to buy anything to use those washrooms. exciting, i kno.
Then we headed to New Tribe where i got my rook periced (part of ear) and asked questions about tounge peircings. i like the rook peircing and it was only $40 (a couple ppl had told me they thought it was even more than the tounge), and it didn't really hurt at all or bleed. but the dude said that if i did get my tounge peirced professionally (like, by them at least) and i took care of it like they instructed me, that there was no chance of infection/problems...however i wouldn't be able to kiss on the lips for a month. not even a little peck. that would suck considering i'm in a relationship. and we like ot kiss...a lot. lol, really.
anyways, so after that we were off to get stonned (except for cynthia) then grabbed some food. it was dark by then. we had 3 spliffs outta what was left of the wed i got from phias brother. we only had one then later had another. they were good and we all agreed the cherry wrappers tasted good. it was like i was wearing cherry flavoured lip balm afterwards...mmmmmmmmmm.
here's the part that sucked about today tho: cynthia called her dad again while we were eating and he freaked out at her this time. he was so mad when before he seemd calm about teh whole thing. it wasn't cool of him to just turn around and spring that on her. she was really upset/pissy the rest of the time, which wasn't long. we headed home soon after that. not just because she kept saying that she wanted to go home now because she just wanted to talk to her dad (meaning start wearing away at him untill he gives in) but also because we had nothing else to do down there and phia and ariana and i wanted to go watch a movie at my house.
so CJ went home and the rest of us rented Napolian Dynamite. it amused me tho i think the other two were kinda bored with it a bit into it. i liked the weirdness of it. i found it refreshing and appreciated the humour. i thought it would just be a dumb movie. it kinda was. but kinda wasn;'t cuz it wasn't the same old boring thing. i probably liked it more cuz i was burnt out and it just fit with my mood. ariana and sophia left before it was done. they were beat.
i liked today for the most part. it was good to hang out with sophia again. really don't hang out with her enough:(.
