so i haven't read this YET but i will because the book is sure to be very good but i watched a movie of it on pbs and the ending is just really cute....
the girl has been in love with him since they were little, and he was always her best friend and he has been "in love" with this crapy lady and he realized a short while ago she wasn't really in love with him and he didn't really love her, he loved what he thought she was. This starts right when he realizes he's always been in love with fanny....
