I dissed out on training yesterday, which is coo, but it's because I didn't bide my time well and went to bed late, got up WAY late. 3:00pm, so there goes the time I had to train and then I felt rushed to get the things I needed done, done and it generally is a hellish day. Definitely check out the track. Ours is 43 degree banking and 250m. Looking at it is pretty intimidating BUT it is super fun to ride.
