Politics at its finest....
Wow, was politics ever wild today! They had their political lines panel discussing the Grewal tapes, and he had the communication ministers there. They were really going at it. I haven't seen a good political yelling match in...well, sadly a week. I don't even know if the real answer to this will ever be resolved. Everyone is just trying to destroy everyone's credibility, and everyone comes out worse for wear. I mean, I would tend to believe the Liberals, but I will admit that my opinion in this matter is tainted by my growing dislike for the Conservatives, and the fact that I like Ujjal Dosanjh. This really could go either way. Whichever one it is, one side is trying to decieve the other, in a way that is not quite kosher, even for politics. This government is turning into a mockery, no matter which party you are talking about. And the sad thing is we will probably end up with another minority government, since one party is not coming out on top. The liberals are being hurt by the gomery inquiry and their inability to get anything major done. The conservatives lost some support from their failed attempt to take down the governmnet, and Harper's losind control of his party (Stronach). So both of these parties are basically in a deadlock. The NDP are going up but not nearly enough to actually get a government. The only party that's actually being helped is the Bloc, and that's just in Quebec, and bad for the rest of canada if they get a lot of seats. A big push for separatism is not going to help the political atmosphere right now.
