injured
yesturday at publix while doing carts my knee buckled..not the first time in my life but i was like ill walk it off this has happened before ill be ok...well today i woke up and it hurt and i was like ill be ok once i stretch to run..i told coach and hes like stretch and we will figure out what to do for you..well i stretched and all got up liek i normaly do an my knee buckled..i almost fell but i caught myself...he said no running or walking today go to work and have them do a form thing ( he used to work at a publix) so now im off to publix to get a work injury form filled..o joy ill probably lose my job and no beetle
