a major step in the right direction
so, i think i'm changing my major, or at least adding/switching it up. i've decided that i really want to teach. it has been either between teaching or working for a publishing company/law firm. i've been talking to my advisor and my parents and i feel that getting into teaching is a step in the right direction--education will always be here, so it would be a good field to get into. nothing is for certain yet, but i am going to try to manage a major in secondary english education, or possibly even double majoring in professional writing and secondary english education and either a minor in english or communication. it's been stressing me out a lot lately, but i think i'm slowly making up my mind.
