I don't have a live journal, a friend linked me to your page because she thought I'd enjoy reading through your list of favourite things... Mainly because you like a lot of the same rock and roll bands I do (e.g Yo-Yo's, B*Movies,etc)... Hope you have fun at the B*Movies/Cherrykicks/Alpacinos gig on Saturday, my sister's band Mangara are also playing, it's gonna rock ass.

Mike from the 'kicks is one of my friends and he was talking about Mangara the other day and was saying how this guy and his sister are always at every 'kicks gig! So, I'm assuming this is you!! I have seen Mangara before at the Cathouse when I went to see my friend Chloe's band Sixfolds or something like that playing. They were ultra depressing, but mangara were tops :) See you saturday, should be a good night!
Oh dear... We're not at EVERY 'Kicks gig, just, uhh, most of them. I'm all embarassed now :p
I actually just spent the evening with the Cherrykicks, at the B*Movies gig in Motherwell. Neil dedicated a song to the Cherrykicks, and so me, my sis, a couple of friends and various Alpacinos erupted with a very loud roar of 'WHO THE FUCK ARE THE CHERRYKICKS?'. Poor bastards, we are so nasty to them. I made it up to them by telling them there are THREE people with the Cherrykicks listed as an interest on livejournal. They seemed pleased : )
I know Chloe, though I never got to see Sixfold live (apparently I didn't miss much)... She dated my current squeeze a while back, and so I guess she's the competition... damn her.
*is bored and rambling*
Anyway, see you at the gig! I'll be the longhair in the leather jacket, invading the stage during the Alpacinos set.
Hee hee! No need to feel embarassed! It's a good thing. Oooo, you are cruel! Actually, the three people on livejournal with c'kick interest, isn't exactly true as another one of them is me! I made a LJ for my boyfriend Kiff (who is Mike's little brother) but he never uses it...so strictly only two people! ah well!
Ahh, you know chloe too! I think the whole of Glasgow does. I wouldn't worry about the competition though, she can't seem to make up her mind if she likes boyshapes or girls!
Cool, I will look out for you at the gig. I'll be the girl trying to make herself invisable, b/c her friends no doubt will be doing something embarassing!
