I am back on radar...
Last night was the one and only performance of the Cabaret show that I have been rehearsing the last five weeks. It was a good show. I enjoyed myself, and due to a few errors, wish that there was one more show to redeem myself and give our group one more chance for perfection.
Putting my inner critic aside, it was a comical, serious,bawdy and just fun. The audience participated well and laughed alot. What more can a girl ask for... well maybe just to remember the words to your solo in La Vie Boeme...but what the hell...I got the last two words out (hollywood and sleaze for you show tune geeks :)) standing on a chair behind the piano with a large "ooopppss" smile on my face. Hands raised high! Oh yeah if Im going to do it right or wrong I do it BIG,BIG, BIG!!!
