What a great listing of resources! (And eep, thanks for including one of my stories!) I've bookmarked this for later deeper exploration, since some of these are new to me. (I'm newish to fandom myself.)

I just wanted to mention an addendum for your "Geocities" mention: Very occasionally, if you change the root of the link from "geocities" to "reocities", they've rescued the link. It fails for me far more often than it works, but I have found at least one lost story that way.

You're welcome! It seemed silly not to do something useful with my file of random "SGA handy links" and mostly-read rec lists when some people were saying they too were relatively new SGA readers on various ljs. :)
