Awesome, awesome news.
I had a bunch of homework tonight (obviously not the good news), and I got it done for the most part, which meant I had time to go to a concert. It was pretty random because I didn't even know they were coming, it was The Spill Canvas (which if you didn't know, is the band that sings All Hail the Heartbreaker, which is the song I'm basically obsessed with).
Not only did I get to go to this concert (with Doug, it was so nice that he came) that I didn't know I was going to go to, I got to hang out with the band for about an hour and a half before the show because Doug's friend knows them. So I got to meet them all :) and chill. We also got in the concert for free because we got to be on their guestlist, Doug bought me a lemon drop at the bar, and we got to see them rock out for like an hour and a half or something. They sang the three songs I wanted them to. And two of them were the encore :) So it was the best ending of a show ever, lol. Except, Nick, the singer, has some guitar trouble during All Hail the Heartbreaker :( They were sooo good though.
Oh yea, I bought their CD at the end of the show, I didn't even think about having them sign it but Doug's friend was like, "do you want me to get them to sign it?" So he did that for me and I didn't have to feel like a teenie bopper, lol.
So it was pretty much an awesome night :)
