When I'm with you...
I'm not quite sure why I haven't been updating. I think it's because I've been extremely lazy all week. I just don't feel like I'm getting the rest that I want. It's like I get lots of hours of sleep (well a decent amount) and I still feel tired. I don't know.
Monday: I had my bio lab. I'm really enjoying my bio lab this term, maybe it's because I'm starting to like my TA more, I had him last term but I'm not so freaked out that I'm getting bad scores on the quizzes, at least not yet. I'm doing just as bad as last term, lol. I also really like the people in my bio lab class. I have a good group of people to work with. I didn't have finance that day so I came back and lounged around, that was nice, but I think that having class would have been better for me. Information Systems was boring as always :(
Doug came over that night, I really have no idea what we did that night.
Tuesday: I skipped bio because I stayed up somewhat late the night before. I knew I would be too tired. After I got dressed and whatnot, Doug walked into the room and was like, "Damn, you're beautiful." It was so sweet. Doug made us lunch and then he walked me to my class (well he skateboarded), but it was really nice. I enjoy his company and the weather was amazing. We had a quiz so it was good that I went, but I doubt I will ever skip this class. Just because there are random quizzes and in class assignments and she doesn't post her notes online.
Erin and her boyfriend came over so I got to meet him. Apparently she has been dating him for two weeks and I just now found out. Oh well. She says she has her reasons for keeping it from me. Doug and Jay were over too but they left to go skateboarding, which is understandable because it was so nice outside. Then Erin, her boyfriend, Kimo and I went to Kohl's for some shopping. They had cute clothes but nothing extremely amazing. We also went to Uwajimaya's and then Sharis for dinner. Erin bought me a stuffed animal and panda cookies, it was so nice of her.
DDR and American Idol also that night. I didn't get to talk to Doug too long because I needed to study for finance.
Wednesday morning, I got up early to study some more. I got to class early so I could get a seat and so I could study some more. There's just too much information to comprehend in such a short time. So many ratios, and we didn't just need to know calculations, but there were a few essay questions so we needed to know about finance in general and its functions and its goals and whatnot. Lame. But yeah, when I got there, my friend, who I don't sit by, lol, was talking to some guy loudly and was like, "yeah and Jenn is going to come sit by me this time." Lol. But I didn't, maybe next time. He kept going on about how he wanted to study with me because I'm so good at everything and I was like, "No I'm not" and he was like, "aw, Jenn, don't be modest." Lol, but it sounded like he knew the material better than me, I should ask him if he wants to study with me.
Anyways, I think I sucked hardcore on that midterm. Actually, I know I did. There was one question worth 20 points that I just couldn't do. I just couldn't do it at all. I never ended with anything feasible. Another one, I couldn't quite figure it out so I ended up guessing with a somewhat logical answer. And then the question about the ratios, I couldn't do all of. You can't BS that. Information systems was rather blah, but I still stayed the entire class period, we got out of class early. I talked to Doug during the break for about 15 minutes.
I came back home and talked with Erin online trying to figure out summer classes. We might not be able to do a senior capstone together because she's not junior status yet. So that's kind of a bummer. Doug came over a little before 7, and then we went to Hollywood Video to rerent his game, I just like being out and about with him. We watched Amazing Race, American Idol and Unan1mous. Then we hung out with the neighbors. There were so many of them up there. Manny, at one point, looked at me and was like, "you're a really cool girl, I love you." And then he started telling Doug about how lucky he is to have me. Lol. He amuses me so much, he acts so gangsta, rapping and the way he was dressed and whatnot. There was another guy there that was really cool. I can't remember his name though.
We got back here sometime after 11 and then Doug played his game until 1 in the morning. I had bio this morning, really boring, but we did a short review for the midterm, good thing I went :) And then I had sociology. I really do enjoy this class. I got my quiz and in class assignment back, full points :)
Doug was still here when I got back and he stayed about 2 hours after I got back from class (I got out early) so that was really nice :)
Tonight, I'm going to watch The Sentinel with Kimo and Ryan. Well, we hope. Kim got free tickets but it doesn't guarantee us a seat, so yeah, we'll see.
