Hey guys,
Just thought I'd update you a little on why there's not been a comic for a while, and why the most recent comic is only about a quarter finished.
It's simple: I left school and I now have a full-time job. It's all a bit hectic right now so I don't have much free-time, and any free-time I do have, I sleep or relax. Just so my anxiety doesn't get the better of me.
Skanking Panda was added to
The Web-Comics List. So far we've had 23 hits from it, which I think is not bad. Of course the comic is currently at it's worst, so it doesn't exactly show Kaiser and I to be y'know... talented.
But Kaiser and I both have our own very busy lives to run, and once everything settles downs and we establish something resembling a routine, I'm sure regular updates and, you'll never believe this, something funny. Yeah, I know. We're as stunned as we are.
The we I refer to is myself and Kaiser. At first Kaiser's only part in the comic was him being the basis for once of the characters, but he's become something of a partner, and so he will be addressed as such. Co-creator and co-owner of Skanking Panda. I still do all the art and writing, but Kaiser will be colouring the strips occasionally, while also doing occasional guest art. Not only that, he is also in charge of the community side of things.
Namely our mIRC channel, #skankingpanda. So if you have mIRC and you take an interest in the comic, join the channel. Even if you are just going to idle. A practice which annoys me to no end, but Kaiser and Steve-O assure me it's normal for mIRC. For me, that kind of defeats the purpose, but whatever, I'm not programmer savvy.
Alright, no more.
