Spent a really good night with the Woodville Road guys last night, deep & meaningfulls & wine :)
Orchestra was ok, bit scared of playing in front of the new conductor, she's a horn player, but it went ok.
As did my lesson today, I got up early & practised & forced myself to do some scales this morning, and I got most of them right when Ian asked me them! A* for me.
I got on the National Youth Orchestra of Wales 2005, this will be my 5th year of debauchery, what a nice well rounded number.
Today I am wearing my hair in a side ponytail for the first time since I was 5. I'm a bit scared of it.
I cannot think of anything more to say!
Must go buy clothing for concert.....My mum's coming to watch! AAAAARRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH how scary. She's never heard me playing like this. I'll do her proud I'm sure.

Additionally, the French horn is nearly 65 feet long when competely unrolled. This means that a great deal of pressure must be exerted on the mouthpiece to get the air moving through the horn. Apply both of the attributes to a mouth, and you have one hell of a kiss."
