Right. We'll start by finding your center. Doesn't matter what your Gifts are, everyone needs to ground and center. Close your eyes, relax, and think about your center--the place where you balance, that little spot in the middle of yourself. Find it, and grab onto it--pull yourself into balance.

*He lounges at his ease, watching her aura with his mage-sight.*

It's harder than catching an eel neck-deep in clay-mud, the first time. Once you find it, though, you'll never lose it.

You've almost got it. You made a quick grab, didn't you? You've got ahold of it, but you're slipping. Firm up, lock in on it. You'll know when you've got it down.

Not quite. When you've really got it, it won't be a strain anymore. But you're close.
