Heart Problem

OK i have a very serious problem
this isno joke or anything

lately i have been havign chest pain

and i went to the Doctor
and i got an eKG

now THe word is that
the uper chamber in mi heart is enlarged
and i mmay have to go into surgery

i may verywell die
but i am wishing for the best

so i am asking
all of you
