We will recap the flurry of awful
The Dollyrots cancelled their show, and I was "thankfully" informed a week early. Frantically trying to find a band to play. Thank god for MySpace and the CCM board, or I'd be totally hosed.
I found that out yesterday. The additional wonderful news came that evening when we were served with papers informing us that we have a court date on June 15, 'cause our former landlord is suing us for back rent.
This morning, I threw my back out. Not an "ow" sort of messing it up. More of a "fuckshitdamn" constant twinges of knee-buckling pain sort of messing it up.
However... I have people looking for bands for me. I have KU Legal Services to call, which means we might actually have a lawyer on our side. And, thankfully, my boss was totally understanding about me not doing this on purpose just to spite him.
