Strange noise scares cats, me
It appears they're working on something sewer-related at the end of our alley. At least, I hope they're working on something sewer-related. If that's not what's going on, then my toilets are about to explode. I can think of no other earthly explanation for my drains to sound like the steam whistle up on campus.
