Well, that'd relative, considering I sat out in forn of the Java Break with Paul for nearly four hours last night, drinking coffee and smoking (my lungs HATE me). But I do have plans to get myself on an exercise schedule starting next Monday. I have work something out that I can do easily here in the apartment or partment complex, because if I have to go somewhere, it'll be easier to blow off. Reading
tombrazelton's stuff has got me all sorts of motivated to get myself in shape.
I've been trying to eat better, starting yesterday. We had chicken with black beans and rice, and I've been having oatmeal for breakfast as of late, as well. When I go to the store next, I'll have to make sure to stock up on veggies and whole wheat bagels and fruit and stuff. Lots of juice, etc. I want stuff that will whip through my colon at the speed of light.
In the meantime, I have a bunch of shit on my computer I need to watch so I can clear it off.
