I will be making beef short ribs for dinner, with almond green beans on the side. Yum, right?
Then, I will also be making another batch of spaghetti sauce, since I have a metric shit ton of tomatoes I need to get out of my freezer. This means I need to grab a couple onions while I am downtown. I'll also be trying my hand at canning peppers...sometime. They last a while in the fridge, but we've got so many, I really need to get something done.
People, I'm warning you now: you're getting pickled peppers for Christmas.
