New rules

1) Do not drive anywhere a bike or feet can get you.
     1a) Unless amount (in volume or mass) being taken or brought back exceeds what can readily fit in a backpack.

2) No more shitty snacks.
     2a) Unless a wrestling PPV event or holiday (same thing, really).

3) Coffee and soda to omit sugar.
     3a) 1/2 tsp. honey allowable.
     3b) Also to utilize only 2% or skim milk. No half and half.

4) For every hour on the computer, 2 miles on the bike.
     4a) Unless raining or otherwise inclement weather.
     4b) Walking may be substituted at .25 increase (2.5 miles per hour).

5) Start exercising, you lazy bastard.
     5a) No excuses, dammit.
