So this month my Verizon Fios (internet) bill got paid automatically as it usually does. It was never my choice to have be paid automatically and I've tried countless times to get a physical bill delivered to my house. This time around when I went to check that my payment was made on time and I noticed that I got charged twice as much and then when I went to look at my 'bill' online it in no way existed. Oh and when I say 'bill' I mean complete shit, what they call a bill looks like something printed for a 1980s dot matrix printer and then scanned back in. I am also unable to change my automatic payment setting (mainly because they don't exist on the website anymore)
So all this means that I need to go to the Verizon store and yell at someone. I would do this over the phone but I know from my brothers experience that it usually ends up taking 3 hours and nothing being fixed. His experiences where that the automatic payment system wouldn't charge him until it was late and then they would shut off his service and slap him with a overinflated late bill.
Essentially I'm going to go to Verizon and complain until I get refunded and until they hopefully some how comp my experience. I think I should be able to do this since in the most basic level of understanding they stole from me. They charged me over 100 dollars without my permission and without any form of reason. If they can't produce a bill for me then they had no legal reason to take my money.
God I wish I could almost leave
otakumeep at home so she doesn't see me act the way that I probably will.
EDIT: they can't do what I need in a store so they stuck me with a phone number... mother fucker.
