not so fun fact - today was my last japanese class until fall. i'm actually kind of glad. i need a break from all of it i think. it's been a super frustrating semester. passing n3 was a heck of a surprise, but it also pointed out how much i don't belong in class. or maybe how much the rest of my class doesn't belong there. (none of them passed n4. corey, as a second year, scored higher than everyone.)
i'm also longing for my days of being in a bloomington language program. it didn't seem hard or intense at the time, but if here is what the rest of the world experiences, then yeah, bloomington is beyond intense. I honestly don't remember what my writing class was like, but i'm sure it had some sort of literature element involved...
so yeah, i guess i have to shoot for passing n2. back to summer grinding on read the kanji. hopefully i'll be able to work in a grammar element, but let's face it, i'm a slacker.
