WHY?!

Why is it, that whenever management has a problem,and things need to get fixed on the higher-ups side of things, I end up working three times as hard. If my manager is a retard who can't control us, is that my fault? Why should i have to wear slacks and fucking pointy black shiney shoes if our phone calls aren't what they are supposed to be... who gives a flying fuck if we answer the phone in two rings or three... what the hell crap ass does it matter if i talk to my person for 5 and half mintues instead of 5 minutes flat? Tehre problem got fixed didn't it? they're happy right? So now my boss gets in trouble for stupid shit she let us get away with for months and months and then she gets all personal and asks us why we treat her this way, didn't we nkow she was on our side? What the hell are we supposed to do? If you don't set oals, how are we supposed to meet them? She forgot to draw the finish line and wondered why we we're all just standing there when she said "GO!"
