quiet times
Quiet times are so awesome. If your not having yours then i suggest you do. God has really been helping me out a lot since I've started having quiet times and praying more. It was just yesterday that my dad figuered out that he had misplaced my W2 form for my income taxes. And considering that they are due by this thursday......its not a good thing. Well obviously I've got to get another one. But I would have to get it from my old boss b/c there was an ownership change at the end of the year. And he was not gonna be very quick about getting things to me i know b/c its not his probly and he just doesn't really care. So I was just kinda worried about it and so was my dad. BUT!!!! Then I prayed about it and put it into Gods and hands. Guess what happened. Today I went to work (only one day after I got worried) and there was this lady talking about her taxes....so I was just kinda being funny about the fact that I had lost my W2 and that I had to get another one. Then she told me that she had done the same thing and that H&R Block had told her that all she would have to do would be just find her last paycheck stub from last year, b/c it has all of the info she would need. So I was thinking "hey maybe mines in my car. I have a lot in there b/c normally i'll get my check and tear the stubb off and put it in my console. It's worth a try." And yes it was in there. I had a problem......gave it to God......and it was takin care of. "THANKYOU GOD" Then on top of that I had a chance to talk to one of the girls that I work with about some of the things she does and possibly changing some of it. She said that she was trying to change but I guess I just got to talk to her and incourage her. And I told her that i'm gonna keep asking about her and checking up on her and seeing how she's doin. It was a little different than normal just b/c she is a different dinomination than i am but it made me feel really good after I shared some of my thoughts to her. Alright well that all I've got for now. As anna always says "to God be the glory." If you wanna know who that is check out annask8saround.
