I have no idea. Mine were almost 5 years old and died after 2 weekends @ the Renaissance Festival and have been giving me horrible blisters since just after the Heartbeat 5000. Time to give up on them. Thanks!
I don't know about running specifically but I can tell you that as a nurse working on my feet all day long I replace my work shoes every 3 to 6 months. I think it depends on how often and how long you run and if you are running through water/snow.
Typically somewhere around 3-4 months if you're running constantly (5-7 days/week), but there is also a mileage attached as well - though I can't remember what the # is.

How long should you use a pair before you replace them? I've been using the same pair since I started running in mid-April.
Just went for another run today to keep things up for a hopeful September 5K and the Monster Dash!
