HaPpY 2005!i!i!
So how was yall's new years eve?? Mine was pretty good! Kris, Taylor, Kel and I went to Celebration Station to play miniature golf! And before we went to the course, like while we were waiting to get our clubs, we saw Dance Dance Revolution, gd i love that game!, and so kris and I were like "omg! we are sooo doing that when we get in!" and taylor was all "ummm, no." and so we bet him that if any of us girls beat him at mini golf than he would have to do it, but that if he won then he got to choose something for us to do that we didn't want to. haha, im guessing u know that we won the bet! on the last hole (it was one of those that looks like "Ski Ball") we said that who ever makes it in the toughest hole gets to take 7 pts off their score and so no one made it, but kris came pretty close. the final score was T- 55, Kris- 48, Kari- 55, Kelsey- 55. how werid is that?? and so if taylor had gotten the seven pts, he would have tied kristi! haha, but he didnt so he still had to dance!! then we were sitting down getting something to drink when kris saw two little boys get their picture taken at a photo booth-type thing, except its one where you only get one picture and it supposed to look like an artist drew it. so we all did that, and it actually turned out pretty good. so we all look around and notice that the managers had turned off all the lights and only a few games gave off an light, so we all looked at our watches and noticed we had 20 min to get home before the new year and so we all litteraly jumped in the car, and kris let taylor drive cause he has a tendency to go really fast and so he was like doing 90 down the freeway, and like 70 down silas (which was pretty barren) and then like 50 in GBF. haha, we got to the house at 11:56 and so we had just enough time to open a bottle of champange and get out my grandma's really nice hand-made/hand-engraved crystal champange glasses. so the family all gathered aroud the big screen and me and kel counted down like the last 50 seconds of 2004, and got super loud at 10, 9, 8... and then we all gave eachother hugs and said happy new year!!! lol kinda out of a book that last part, but thats really what happened. the we all toasted and went in the kitchen to finish the champange. briea called which was really nice to get to talk to her again!! its kind of funny because my marching band is her church, which is kind of the opposite of my "faith" so yeah, i wasnt about to tell her i had completely given up, cause she is one of those people who can make anyone do anything. it was really funny because we were talking about really super geinous kids and i mentioned to her about jay, and him playing the quads in marching band. and she didnt know what those were so i had to explain what a snare drum, bass drum, quads, and what a drum harness was. haha, i felt soo weird explaining cause i had to use like super kindergarden words, like i explained what a bass drum was as "the one that like bubbles out infront of you and the players hit it on both sides" lol. so then when i was finished talking to breia me and kelsey took the little tv upstairs in my room and brought up the PS2 and like 10 DVDs and watched peral harbor until like 5:20 and then we watched Elf, but i fell asleep around like 6:30 and kel before that. which kind of sucks because we were gonna stay up till like 7 then take a walk at sunrise and then take a shower then crash. but i am like cursed!!! it seems i cant physically take a walk at sunrise no matter how hard i try! but so yeah that was my new years hope you had a really good one!!!
