im so burnt out. everyday last week after work i'd go out and bomb the city. and for those of you who aren't "down" with what im talking about- to bomb (in a grafiiti sense anyway..) is to just basically massively paint different parts of the city. so we went bombing every night last week, almost had some close calls. but recently instead of just spray paint pieces and murals, i've been getting into stencils,postering, and stickers. i saw an old ad in my room for a clothing compnay LRG with some black dude from "The Roots" standing with his hands at his side and his eyes closed w/ a hang down mic in front of him. so i take this ad, cut the guy out, and with the peice that was left, put a black piece of paper behind and xeroxed it. so im going around using this stencil and these posters and just paintint and hanging them everywhere. then after i have about 100 of these up throughout the city realize that alot of ppl arent seeing what im seeing. a pothead friend of mine asked " is he blowing out a hit",and a hip hop head said "thats the LRG guy!" these are the majority of responses im getting until one punker said "dude, is that a noose?" and it made me look at it over and over and it actually looks like i'm putting posters and stencils up of some black guy being hung since its just the silhouette. (<- is that spelled right?) i dont think i should keep up with this particular choice. haha.
i was thinking since all this crap with micheal jackson is going on, it'd be funny as hell to make "moonwalker" stencils and just fuck shit up again with those. WHO WANTS TO BE DOWN WITH MY POSSE?!
